1. Who We Are
Out of the Box Assemblies is a UK-based sole trader business providing downloadable assembly and collective worship plans for primary schools, including PowerPoint presentations and written materials.

2. Services and Membership
2.1. We offer paid membership services to schools, which provide access to downloadable assembly and collective worship plans (“Resources”).
2.2. Membership is granted upon receipt of full payment. Access is then provided via a secure login.
2.3. Each membership is valid for a single school. Resources may be shared internally between staff at that school but must not be shared externally or posted online.
2.4. You agree that membership is purchased on behalf of your school or educational organisation and not in your capacity as an individual consumer.
2.5. We may from time to time offer trial memberships or promotional discounts. These will be subject to any additional terms stated at the time of the offer.
3. Rights of Use
3.1. Schools with an active membership are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access, download, and use the Resources internally for educational purposes.
3.2. The following restrictions apply:

Resources must not be shared outside the subscribing school.

Login details must not be shared with other schools or third parties.

Resources must not be altered and re-sold, distributed, or published elsewhere.
3.3. Resources may be saved or printed for use within your school.
3.4. When a membership ends or is not renewed, access to downloads will be removed. You may be asked to confirm that previously downloaded Resources are no longer in use.
3.5. All content on the Website remains the intellectual property of Out of the Box Assemblies. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
4. Orders and Payments
4.1. Membership and any downloadable products must be paid for via the methods listed on our Website.
4.2. Payment must be received before access to Resources is granted.
4.3. If an order is placed in error, please contact us in writing within 24 hours for cancellation.
4.4. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing members will be notified in advance of any change that affects renewals.
5. Renewals and Cancellations
5.1. Membership runs for 12 months from the date of activation.
5.2. You will receive a renewal reminder 30 before your membership expires and unless agreed in advance, all memberships are set to automatically renew unless cancelled.
5.3. If you do not wish to renew, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days before your renewal date.
5.4. If you do not cancel in time, a renewal invoice will be issued and payment will be due.
6. Cancellation by Us
6.1. We reserve the right to cancel your membership or access to services if:

Payment is not received by the due date;

You breach these Terms;

We suspect misuse, unauthorised sharing, or fraudulent activity.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
7.1. Resources are provided “as is” and are designed for general use in primary schools. We do not guarantee that they will meet specific curriculum requirements or IT compatibility.
7.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website or Resources. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or technical issues.
7.3. We are not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss;

Any loss of revenue, data, or goodwill;

Incompatibility with your school’s hardware or software;

Delays caused by factors beyond our control.
7.4. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Membership or affected Resource.
7.5. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
8.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
8.2. Out of the Box Assemblies is the Data Controller of any personal data collected through this Website or as part of your membership, meaning we determine how and why your data is processed.
